Privacy Policy
JustBridge is built local-first: your code, your keys, and your prompts stay between your Mac and the AI providers you choose. Here's exactly what we do and don't collect.
The short version
- Your code never touches our servers. Projects, files, and terminal sessions live on your machine.
- Your AI keys stay on your Mac, stored in the macOS Keychain. Prompts go directly from your machine to the provider you configured (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), not through us.
- We collect the minimum to run the service: your account identity when you sign in, and anything you choose to send us (like feedback).
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
Account information
When you sign in to JustBridge, authentication is handled through our sign-in service (Supabase) using the OAuth provider you pick (such as Google or GitHub). We receive and store your basic account identity: name, email address, and an account identifier. We never see or store your passwords.
Feedback
If you send feedback from inside the app, we receive the message you wrote along with your app version, macOS version, and account email so we can follow up. Feedback is relayed to a private team channel.
Website
If you join a waitlist or contact us from the website, we keep the email address you submitted for that purpose. Our website does not run third-party advertising trackers.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store your source code, project files, terminal contents, voice recordings, or the prompts and responses exchanged between your machine and your AI providers. Voice input is processed on-device.
Third parties you connect
JustBridge is a bring-your-own-keys product. When you connect an AI provider, MCP server, or other integration, your data flows directly from your Mac to that service under their terms and privacy policy. Choose integrations you trust.
How we use information
To operate sign-in and licensing, respond to feedback and support, and improve the product. That’s it. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use your data to train AI models.
Retention & your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@justbridge.ai. We respond to all verified requests, including those under GDPR and CCPA.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so clearly, in the app or by email, before the change takes effect.
